Recruitment Consultant – Housing and Property

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expert and dedicated team and welcome applications from experienced consultants from any industry sector, as well candidates with a background in business to business sales.  Full, bespoke training will be given to all applicants, so background is unimportant.

The post holder will specialise in the provision of staff to the housing and property sectors. Working with new build housing developers, social housing organisations, estate agents and property management companies you will provide sales, lettings, marketing and customer care staff. You will become an expert within your field, held accountable for achieving key performance indicators including business development with new and existing clients, promoting tailored methods of recruitment, negotiating business terms, interviewing and vetting candidates, and candidate placements.

If this is you, then, depending on experience, we offer salaries ranging from £20,000 to £32,500 per annum (realistic OTE £30 – £55k), extremely attractive uncapped commission structures, generous car allowances for senior consultants, enhanced holiday entitlement and a suite of benefits as standard including pension, private medical, death in service insurance and permanent health insurance.

Although headquartered in Durham, our consultants enjoy the benefit of remote and flexible working, so may reside anywhere in the North of England.
