Corepeople Recruitment are recruiting for a Technical Administrator for a long term contract in Gateshead.  This is full-time, to start immediately and will run until February 2023.

The Role
This role is office based and the working hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 4.30pm.   This is a small, friendly team and the duties are as follows:

Working as part of a team and supporting the Gas Compliance Team and Gas Operational Manager to ensure the gas servicing, gas repairs, gas remedial works and gas installation processes and operating procedures are followed.
Providing general administrative assistance to the Gas Team including photocopying and filing certification both manually and electronically to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided and deadlines are met.
Providing support to the gas schedulers as and when required to support the planning of gas servicing, gas repairs, gas remedial and gas installation works through arranging appointments with customers via telephone.
Responding professionally, effectively, and accurately to enquiries and complaints from customers, colleagues and partner agencies and sharing relevant information, including verbally, written and via e-mail.
Accurately updating and maintaining computer records and systems used and using all appropriate IT and telecommunications software and equipment to carry out tasks in the most efficient manner and to maximize service delivery.

Experience & Qualifications
Applications are welcome from candidates with strong admin and IT skills, coupled with some customer facing experience and a good basic level of education.

£11.47 per hour.
