The Company
A multidisciplinary contracting business operating across the North of England.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, the Aftercare Manager plays a key role in client relationship management; a carefully managed, organised and attentive aftercare service is critical in ensuring the client's experience is positive at project handover.  The role encompasses all responsibilities for the snagging and defects programmes, and additionally some involvement in adoptions.  

Experience Required
The workload is predominantly within new build housing, and so it is essential that applicants can first and foremost demonstrate experience as a Housebuilding Site Manager, with experience of dealing with customer issues post completion, and in managing teams of trades to ensure timely completion of snagging and ongoing maintenance programmes.  The role is well suited, therefore, to someone who enjoys the environment on site but who perhaps wants to move into a role keeping involvement with building, but moving away from building on site.

The role covers a broad geographical area across the North of England so some travel will be required from time to time to ensure coverage across all projects and clients.
