Design Lead for a broad variety of building projects.

This organisation undertakes a diverse portfolio of work ranging from new build high end residential homes, refurbishment and extension of Victorian properties to new swimming pool facilities, new build commercial and industrial properties and interior changes to business operating within the leisure sector.

Role
This role is open to Part III Architects who are keen to gain more control over design input and exposure to a broader variety of project types, keen to gain a greater level of responsibility and leadership. Responsibilities will be to lead on design and aesthetics for projects with full control over these elements, working closely with the client and project managing throughout the process. This position is an office based role located in Newcastle City Centre.

Experience Required
Ideal applicants will be excellent all rounders able to demonstrate and execute a number of the following skills: 

– High level visualisation capabilities
– Ability to undertake front end feasibility processes
– Dealing with planning, building regs and conservation issues
– Producing graphics 

Remuneration
