Architectural Design Co-ordinator

An excellent opportunity for a Design Co-ordinator with an architectural background to join a premium housing developer in Northumberland.

The Role
This is a highly interesting and varied role in a fast paced environment, dealing with architectural design information being produced by external consultants from initial planning through on-site construction to completion and handover. Activities include driving the quality and timescales of information being produced by the architect, ecologist or landscape architect for example, identifying and resolving issues, using your technical knowledge to offer options and solutions. A good working knowledge of Building Regulations with a clear understanding of Part L and its solutions will be necessary.

Experience Required
A suitable qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Building Studies.
Candidates with design knowledge and experience in either housing or general commercial construction will be considered.
A strong communicator able to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
