Position Overview
The Architectural Technician will be instrumental in translating design concepts into detailed, constructible plans. As the go-to technical expert, you will collaborate closely with the team, guiding others, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will already be leading in the production of accurate and detailed architectural drawings for residential projects, or be ready to take a more senior role in a small practice.
Provide technical expertise in areas such as building regulations, construction detailing, and material specifications.
Collaborate with Architects to develop and refine design concepts.
Mentor and support junior members of the technical team.
Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience as an Architectural Technician with a focus on residential projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
In-depth knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
