This is an Associate level opportunity, ideal for an experienced and chartered building surveyor looking for a step up to team management and an open pathway toward business management and a directorship.
The position will hold responsibility for managing around 4 to 6 surveyors carrying out the day to day works for clients, as well as retaining a hands on element within the role. The scope of works will be broad, incorporating and overlapping with EA, QS and Clerk of Works duties from time to time.
Office based, with a flexible working policy.
Applicants will be chartered building surveyors with experience in general building surveying, defects pathology, feasibility studies and project management, ready to lead a team and take on managerial responsibilities.
Up to £50,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
