Bid Manager required – Newcastle Building Contractor
National contractor with regional business unit in the North East, Newcastle office, growth plan.
The Bid Manager is required to lead the bid process for commercial building projects situated within North East England, working collaboratively with the estimating, project and commercial leaders.
The role is Newcastle based with flexibility. Within twelve months, the opportunity will arise to be considered for progression into Preconstruction Manager.
The ideal applicant will already have experience within a main contractor environment, involved with early discussions around strategy for building, leading the project team through the bid submission and bid related aspects to financial close and completion of operation delivery.
