Resulting from new leadership in recent years, the business has transformed the preconstruction department. A new opportunity exists for someone to play a lead role within the business in relation to bid coordination and management, working closely with the preconstruction contributors to ensure high quality bid submissions are created to win top quality projects in the region.
The focus for the business is to ensure that whoever is appointed to this role, fits superbly within the company dynamic and therefore, experience may vary while the personality fit is key.
As a minimum, applicants should be working in a bid coordination function already but applications from those in bid management and leadership roles will also be considered, which is why the remuneration detailed is on a broad spectrum.
Salary will vary between £35,000 and £60,000 per annum plus other benefits as part of the package.
