Bid Writer

Due to a strong pipeline, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Writer to join the Preconstruction Team in the North East office.

Company
A well-established National Construction Company, working with large clients on refurbishment, office fit-out, new build, live and non-live environment, healthcare and public sector projects. 

Role 
The Bid Writer will not only understand how to manage the bid process from pre-bid stage through the bid process but importantly will have a proven flair for creative writing. Candidates will have the enthusiasm to take ownership of the role, supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business. The successful applicant will have the core skills necessary to be able to write fast and well, liaising with members of the Preconstruction Team to build compelling bids and win work.

Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have experience working with construction bids for a building contractor or a bid outsourcing company and will be well-practiced at working to deadlines. Applicants will also benefit from experience dealing with new build, fit-out and refurbishment construction bids.

Remuneration
Competitive, dependent on experience.
