The Business Development Associate will support the Business Development Manager in securing new business. This is a proactive role, and involves identifying market opportunities through tracking upcoming project opportunities in the market place, meetings and networking, and ensuring that the business is positioned to pitch for business at the right time, with the right people.
The team is based in attractive modern offices in Newcastle but team members are required to attend meetings off site as required. Future progression will of course be encouraged as the company continues to grow its workload and expand its geographical coverage – indeed, the plan is for them to present fast track progression for hardworking people.
