Accounts Assistant required for a new permanent role in the Garforth/Swillington area of Leeds. This is a full-time role within a Facilities Management business.
Working within a really busy office, you will be part of a friendly team and have responsibility for the following:
Updating client portals with onsite hours, subcontractor information and material costs.
Checking jobs sheets against job costs to ensure all times/cost have been accounted for.
Prepare day work claims and produce invoices as required.
Scanning of documentation, ensuring accurate data input, and uploading to client web portals.
Respond to general subcontractor queries via the telephone or email, maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times.
Inputting of sub-contractor invoices onto the finance system.
Process weekly sub-contractor payments for authorisation by Operations Manager.
Recent relevant experience is necessary, applicants will have worked within an accounts or commercial environment.
£18,000 – £19,000 per annum.
