Contract Coordinator / Administrator required for a brand new permanent role in North Durham.   This is a full-time role, to start ASAP.

The Role
Your week will be evenly split between contract coordination and administration and you will be working on designated projects, providing administration and clerical support to the Contracts Management team to ensure the client’s service provision is planned and prioritised in an effective manner, to guarantee that contract deliverables are met. 
You will ensure contracts are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner; ensure smooth data collection and swift finance transactions are completed within contract timescales and co-ordinate the contract administration, within a legal framework but also within a business and client compliant framework, working to ISO standards. 
In addition to this you will be providing a range of other general administration tasks as requested.
A key part of this role will be to speak to social housing tenants after works have been completed on their homes, dealing with issues or complaints.
Working hours are 8.00-5.30 Mon to Thursday and 8.00-4.00 Friday

Experience Required
Applicants must be well versed in general administration, have strong IT skills and a good standard of education.  Additionally, applicants must have had some experience of dealing with tenants and resolving issues.

£24,000 per annum.
