Site/Contractor manager required to work with a contractor specialising in FRA (Fire Risk Assessment works).
The works will be completing a range of fire stopping and fire prevention works on various buildings across the North East.

Managing all Fire Risk Assessment works will include; Meeting new and potential clients to promote the business and secure new work, Assisting with pricing tender enquiries, Attending pre-start meetings, Site measurement & surveys/assessment for replacement fire stopping, Assistance with preparation and negotiation of contracts. Ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest of quality and safety standards.
It is essential for the candidates have a background in Fire Risk Assessment works and are FIRAS approved at minimum as an installer, but ideally at the level of an inspector.
