Customer Services Administrator required for a full time, permanent role working for a five star builder based in Gateshead.

The Role
The main purpose of the role is to support the customer care team, to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, to manage and continually improve the customer service experience. They will regularly liaise with customers, contractors, site, and management teams, whilst maintaining effective working relationships. They will be expected to understand, implement and adhere to HSS policy and strategy. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a number of duties, including answering the telephone and liaising with both the internal teams and sub contractors and ultimately support the customer care team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised as well as professional, courteous, and punctual in all dealings with customers and external partners.

Experience Required
Applications are welcome from candidates with recent relevant experience, exceptional communication skills and strong IT & admin skills too.

Remuneration
£24,000 per annum
