Customer Care Administrator required for a new, permanent role in Durham.  This is full-time, regular office hours and offers an immediate start.

The Role
The successful applicant will support a team of customer care advisers, produce management reports and provide general admin support to the team.

Duties will include:
Responding to all queries when calls are received via the dedicated customer care line;
Recording all calls, ensuring the call is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner;
Creating and printing choice day, survey and general letters for both refurbishment and new build contracts;
Assisting with site set up where a Customer Care Adviser is not required by the client;
Managing, editing and printing paperwork and handbooks for residents; 
Providing new build welcome packs, and site specific guides; 
Managing the recording of claims from both refurbishment and new build contracts; sending out forms to residents within a defined timescale;
Working alongside the Claims & Insurance Manager to settle claims, prepare and produce quarterly reports for monthly management meetings; 
Creating cheque requisitions; logging and sending cheques;
Producing monthly reports for the Construction Director using Excel and graphs to monitor the claims, ensuring all logging and distribution of claims to appropriate staff, is tracked and monitored until claim completion;
Collating and recording residents’ satisfaction surveys using Excel; producing and reporting KPI statistics to the Operations and Construction Director;
Collating and recording KPI’s for trade and subcontractor performance, producing monthly statistical reports for the Operations Director and the Construction Director;
Collating and recording all holidays and sickness for relevant departments;
Ordering and distributing stationery for all staff regardless of site location.

Experience & Qualifications 
Customer focused occupational experience
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification desirable 
Experience of Microsoft and Access IT package – the ability to use Word, Excel at an advanced level; some knowledge of access would be an advantage and training can be given.

£22,500 per annum.
