New opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to work for a 5* volume house builder based in Leeds. This is a permanent position, hours of work are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with some occasional Saturday working and a day off in lieu.
As the post holder you will be required to receive calls from customers post sale in relation to property defects. Calls will be appropriately logged and works scheduled. You will coordinate the supply of material and sub-contractor elements, regularly liaising with site teams to ensure remedial works are completed within timescales.
Previous administrative experience
Ideally experience within a planning/scheduling role
Excellent customer care and IT skills
Up to £25,000 dependent upon experience
