Customer Contact Advisor required for a temporary full time positon based in Ashington lasting 2 months. This will be an immediate start, 37 hours per week.

This is predominantly administration, dealing with incoming emails, covering reception and answering telephone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, monitoring and reporting faults on the system, manage stationary orders, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
Good Standard of General Education, preferably with relevant professional qualification
Administration and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages
