Customer Service Adviser required for a brand new role to be based in Durham.  Largely office based, there will be an additional requirement to travel around the region, speaking to customers face to face.

The Role
Inputting data on corporate systems to assist with accurate reporting
Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with accurate information
Handling customer complaints and delivering timely responses
Managing expectations of stakeholders and customers
Visiting customers to discuss their requirements
Attending meetings with clients to agree the level of customer service required.
Ensuring customer records are updated accurately
Keeping records of customer queries and resolutions to provide ‘lessons learnt’ feedback to the wider team.
Supporting the Customer Service Manager / team with customer visits
Auditing information provided to ensure processes are being adhered to
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Experience Required
3 years customer service experience
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A – C or equivalent including maths and English
Full valid UK driving licence essential
Effective listening skills – be approachable, empathetic and ethical
Excellent communication skills written, verbal and face to face
Attention to detail          
Excellent time management skills
Effective team player
Good planning and organisational skills
Professional behaviour at all times
“Can do / will do” attitude

Remuneration
£22,000 per annum plus £5k car allowance.
