New opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Assistant able to provide a proactive, efficient and approachable service to customers. This is as full time (Mon-Fri) permanent position based in Stanley, County Durham.
Working a fast paced and varied role the post holder will handle calls from customers, delivering a great customer experience. Duties will also include administration such as processing and tracking orders, maintaining systems and handling delivery queries and issues.
Experience in a similar role is advantageous however full training will be provided. Applicants will be computer literate, have good administrative skills, able to multi-task and prioritise time. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
