Opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join a well-established and reputable housing developer as a Development Sales Manager. Sites are based across York, Leeds and Huddersfield. The role will be working Thursday to Monday.
Securing the sales of new homes and achieving contract exchanges and legal completions in line with targets
Utilising sales tools, promotions and incentives in accordance with company procedures to maximise the selling price of properties
Manage all sales progression, contract chasing, including regular contact with customers to ensure contract exchange deadlines are achieved
Maintaining accurate records of all visitors, sales and sales of optional extras and to communicate this information to third parties as required
Selling and promoting the sales of customer extras in order to maximise company revenues
Providing feedback and reports as required by management regarding visitors, sales and sales proceeding
Undertaking analysis of competitor products, sales and selling prices and to provide feedback to management as required
Following and adhering to the company procedures and standards of performance
Ideally a background within housing or property
High level of customer service and focus
Strong IT skills
£23,000 to £28,000 per annum dependent upon experience, highly competitive commission package and mileage included.
