This position is being recruited because of expansion in workload and the requirement to strengthen the existing team.

Role
This position carries responsibility for topographical surveying, material sampling, setting out, setting up machine control and calibration, weekly progress updates. The role interfaces with the Contracts and Site Managers, the Client team, and provides support to shadowing junior engineers. 

*No overnight stays – this position is based on sites throughout the North East, enabling the Engineer to return home every day. 

*No two jobs the same – projects will be varied, enabling the Engineer to have exposure to a diverse range of schemes each that come with their own challenges and requirements, allowing for a good learning curve and versatility for the Engineer to turn to all kinds of future works.

Experience Required
Applicants will be degree qualified civil engineers who have worked in the construction industry. This is an ideal opportunity for engineers who feel stuck in a rut, keen to move out of repetitive projects, and eager to progress career steps with an expanding company.

Remuneration
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and expectations – car allowance and other package benefits are included.
