Exciting new opportunity for a temporary client-side Project Manager to join a large public sector organisation, managing the refurbishment of two large multi-storey accommodation blocks.

As Project Manager you will manage the planning and delivery of refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Acting as technical construction expert and main point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing external parties including architects, engineers and contractors, interpreting and resolving technical problems through the life cycle of projects. Activities include scheduling, design management, monitoring works, regular status reports, and managing risk.
A suitable construction background and qualification such as HNC/D or degree
Able to check designs and plans, specifications, tender and contract documents to ensure compliance with the original brief and agreed variations.
Experience leading building construction programmes
A competitive hourly rate to be discussed on application.
