Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estimator.

Company
An award winning, established, family-run building contractor requires an experienced and trusted estimator with experience in residential new build, extensions, refurbishments and maintenance.

Role
An experienced estimator is required to provide a range of skills from initial costing of a project and Bill of Quantities work to managing costs once building work has commenced, overseeing procurement of materials and ensuring costs are as they should be.

Experience Required
It is imperative to have at least 5 years’ experience in pricing construction work and can take responsibility for identifying, strategising and tendering projects suitable for pertaining business growth in the region.

Remuneration
A competitive package will be negotiated dependent upon experience.
