Company
A housing contractor within the North East region who focus on developing new sustainable services and energy-efficient homes and spaces are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their team. 

Role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team to deliver multiple projects that offer a broader and exciting role in new build social residential developments and renovations. From undertaking the full range of pre and post contracting, estimating and quantity surveying services on housing developments the ideal applicant will lead in the preparation of preliminary estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies. Reporting directly to the commercial manager and working alongside a team of quantity surveyors motivated to deliver high quality homes.

Experience Required
This role will appeal to Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in construction, keen to work for a large and successful contractor within the North East. Candidates with less experience to offer will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant subject.

Remuneration
Salary dependant on experience, generous holidays and company pension scheme.
