Excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor & Surveyor for a growing property consultancy.

The primary function of the role is to carry out fire risk assessments, passive fire surveys and fire door inspections, produce reports on the findings and specify any remedial works required.
Undertake wider property surveys such as full building surveys or defect reports.
Advise clients on the health & safety aspects of the buildings.
Advise on statutory compliance, Building Regulation, and any other relevant property issues.
HNC or equivalent in a built environment subject and completion of nationally recognised fire risk assessment training courses.
Knowledge of fire compartmentation surveys and excellent working knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Good knowledge of general building maintenance and surveying.
Driving licence and own transport.
