An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager / Framework Manager to join a rapidly expanding water and utilities principal contractor to oversee delivery of various projects in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
Are growing significantly and have won places on several major frameworks recently in the North. Currently delivering a range of services to clients covering: waste water and clean water asset maintenance, utilities, gas and more.
Overseeing the delivery of a framework for the company with a value of £10m+ per annum. The framework will consist of waste water asset maintenance (sewers collapses and blockages, reactive maintenance, forward looking maintenance and other related work). As the Framework Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for all planning and delivery.
Managing multiple projects at all stages of lifecycle (planning and delivery through to handover).
Working effectively with customers and client to ensure smooth delivery.
Overall management of workforce and resources.
Working with commercial department (cost reports, budgets etc.)
Onboarding of staff and sub-contractors.
Previous Operations Manager / Framework Manager experience running projects from cradle to grave is essential.
Previous background with waste water asset maintenance and R and M work is essential.
Previous experience working in management on projects for Severn Trent Water is essential.
On offer is a salary up to £70,000 (dependent upon experience). Alongside this is a competitive package including: company car or allowance, fuel, pension scheme, health insurance, generous annual leave entitlement and more.
