Graduate Planner

An opportunity has arisen for a planner to join a leading national house builder as part of the Land and Planning Team.

Company
One of the most successful housebuilders in the country, delivering 15,000 houses per year. 

Role 
The Trainee Planner will assist with planning/development appraisals, land promotion and planning applications for immediate and strategic residential sites. The company will endeavour to support the Trainee Planner’s career, prioritising professional development. 

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have graduated from a RTPI accredited course and have a rounded knowledge of planning. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the private or public sector in a planning policy, Local Plan or strategic land field. Applicants will require a full UK driving license.
