Opportunity for New Home Sales Executives to join a leading housing developer for sites based in the North Yorkshire and East Riding areas. These are full-time permanent positions with a standard working week of Thursday to Monday.
Having an excellent knowledge of developments, being able to advise customers on construction and completion dates
Ensuring show homes and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard
Completing demonstrations of new homes
Achieving as many reservations as possible to achieve sales targets
Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately to ensure a smooth sales process
Liaising with solicitors and financial advisers, to progress the sale quickly and smoothly
Reporting into the Sales Manager on a weekly basis
Helping customers with interior and exterior choices
Experience of selling new build houses to achieve sales target is ideal
Excellent customer service is essential
