A housing association delivering services across Co. Durham is looking to recruit Housing Advisers who are passionate about improving the lives of tenants and their communities. Housing Advisers play a huge part in creating a supportive, respectful, caring and collaborative service for customers. 

The Roles
There are opportunities for fixed terms contracts from 6 months up to two years. Your role will be to take ownership of assessing housing applications, allocation and letting of properties, the set-up of tenancies, management and resolution of anti-social behaviour complaints. Dealing with all tenancy-related paperwork, delivering advice and signposting tenants to services that they can access, as well as visits to properties. 

Experience Required
Previous experience of providing social housing related services
Previous experience of working with tenants
Experience of dealing with ani-social behaviour issues
Good administrative and IT skills, able to prepare reports or case studies

Remuneration
Up to £32,500 including car allowance plus bonus and benefits.
