HR & Training Coordinator required for a brand new permanent role in the south of County Durham. This is a full-time role that requires occasional travel in the local area.
Supporting the HR Team in coordinating a range of HR and training activities; ensuring that information held on employees is accurately maintained, and that the workforce are suitably trained.
In addition to this, you will be involved in all aspects of the on-boarding of staff and in attending grievance and disciplinary hearings too.
Applicants will have a minimum of one years’ experience of supporting a HR team and will be ideally qualified to Associate CIPD or working towards this.
£30,000 per annum
