A successful and well established regional residential developer is looking to grow their team and are seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to focus on Strategic Land procurement.
A great opportunity has arisen within an award winning housing developer who are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager with experience in identifying, sourcing, managing and progressing land opportunities. The ideal applicant will have an eye for potential investment and a flair for thinking creatively in identifying, negotiating and persuading new land deals with land owners and agents. With a robust understanding of partnership routes to allow for the successful securement of new sites this role requires the ability to negotiate value and legal agreements whilst taking into account community involvement and social responsibilities. This role has the added bonus of having a strong capacity of support from the wider network of the technical, commercial and operational teams.
Ideal applicants will have a proven track record identifying and sourcing both on and off market opportunities and be able to demonstrate an ability to financially and strategically appraise development opportunities.
Salary will vary depending on experience up to £65,000, car allowance or company car, generous bonus scheme, health care and company pension scheme.
