Lettings Manager

Opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a highly successful and long established regional firm with a reputation for delivering a high quality service. 

This is a full time permanent position, days of work are Mon – Fri 8.45am till 5.00pm, plus every other Sat 9-12.30pm with time off in lieu and a free city centre parking parking space. 

Job 
Managing  a friendly team of four dedicated  Property Managers, the post holder will oversee and liaise with landlords and clients, inspect properties, arrange maintenance repairs, deal with check ins and check outs, deal with lettings enquiries.

Experience Required
Previous experience within a lettings/property management role is essential
Experience in sales desirable

Remuneration
£30,000 salary plus allocated parking space.
