Role 
A position has become available due to increase in work load for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to look after general civil engineering projects with a team of Quantity Surveyors directly reporting to them. This is a hands on role so will need to possess commercial and contractual expertise to identify all available opportunities and potential commercial risks within relevant contracts and be able to take ownership for bringing about improvements in the management of contracts from pre-construction through to post-completion.

Experience Required
Applicants will have a proven track record as a senior quantity surveyor with a background in civil engineering with a strong knowledge of NEC contracts. 

Remuneration
Salary will vary depending on experience, plus package including company car/allowance, pension scheme and health insurances.
