An established and highly successful housing developer is looking for an enthusiastic anew home Sales Adviser to join their team. Working hours are Thursday to Monday, and the position offers a competitive salary and bonus. Our client will consider both experienced candidates and applicants with sales or customer care backgrounds looking to work within new build sales.
Sales Negotiation of New Homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts
Creating marketing and promotional material to help sales
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales
Recording all offers through to completion
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
An enthusiastic and 'can-do' approach to job role
Proven success in sales
Good IT skills
Excellent level of customer service on a face to face basis
Always presentable and approachable to customer
Competitive salary, plus commission
