A highly sought-after opportunity to work as a New Home Sales Executive for a market leading developer with a position based in Manchester. Experience of selling new homes is required. The post holder will work full-time Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 5.00pm.
Delivering and achieving targets set by the business.
Securing reservations from customers.
Generating sales leads.
Making contact with each enquirer to qualify their level of interest, in addition to their current situation and affordability.
Evaluating the needs of potential customers and matching available products to them.
Following up each enquiry by telephone.
Setting up appointments to visit prospective customers when required.
Using database of contacts to generate interest on new developments.
Maintaining up to date and accurate customer information.
Advising prospective customers of associated costs of moving and promote services offered.
Progressing enquiries to reservation stage.
Collecting and accounting for all monies received in respect of reservations.
Submitting weekly progress reports to Area Sales Manager.
Discussing PR, signage etc. with Marketing Executive on a monthly basis.
Keeping up to date with competitor activities.
Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Customer service focused.
Good IT skills are essential.
£21,000 per annum, plus commission (OTE £45,000 per annum) plus a company car.
