An excellent opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Executive to join a high specification housing developer. Applicants must have previous experience of working within new home sales, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times. Based Wynyard, the hours of work will total at 35 hours per week, working Thursday to Monday.

Job
Managing visitors and prospects efficiently with the principle aim of converting them into customers
Achieving the development target unit sales by forecast dates
Keeping accurate visitor and prospect records, ensuring they are update throughout the sales process
Meeting exchange of contracts and financial completion targets
Following up the progress of all reservations by liaising with customers, financial advisors and solicitors
Developing a full understanding of agreed incentives and their effectiveness in sales negotiation
Ensuring all development information displayed on website and other portals is fully accurate
Developing a high knowledge of product knowledge with options
Reporting to Sales Manager on a weekly basis
Holding meetings with the site manager for the development on a weekly basis

Experience Required
Must have experience of working within new homes sales
Must be proactive, comfortable with lone working
Full driving licence and own transport
Excellent Customer Service and IT skills

Remuneration
£25,000 per annum basic, plus commission and mileage allowance
