Based in County Durham this developer has a large portfolio of both private sale and rental of new build homes and apartments across the UK. 

Job
Working as part of the sales and customer care team the position will take ownership of the sales process from reservation to completion on both residential and investor sales transactions, ensuring sales progress in a timely manner to meet sales targets.

Responsible for managing your own caseload of transactions, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience liaising with solicitors, finance companies, surveyors, buyers, and the sales team.  You will maintain accurate records via the CRM system, prepare and issue legal documentation and provide regular reports to meet agreed deadlines and in a fast-paced sales environment.

Typical duties may include:
Ensure sales are being progressed in a timely and efficient manner
Carrying out all administrative duties relating to sales progression, such as issuing legal documentation
Updating and maintaining information using the in-house CRM system 
Liaise with clients and external parties to assist with any queries
Prepare reports on sales progression progress in line with sales targets and service standards
Prepare handover packs

Experience Required
Previous experience of a sales progression role ideally within a high-volume new build environment.
Proven track record of delivering a high standard of customer experience either over the phone face-to-face or digitally.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders
Competent in using digital communication methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills

Ideally experienced using Sales Force, CRM system.

Remuneration
£20,000 – £23,000 per annum depending on experience
