General administrative duties to support the sales team
Updating contracts and agreements
Taking calls and messages
Updating customer information on the database
Sending out emails and letters
Making calls to solicitors and financial advisors
Dealing with customer queries
Completing stationary orders
Supporting management with administration when required
Reception cover when required
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service experience
