Planner

Fantastic opportunity for a proactive and motivated Planner to join an expanding main contractor in Leeds.

The Company
A dynamic and agile contracting business in Yorkshire delivering accommodation based schemes in the range of £15-£50 million.

The Role
Joining a supportive team to work on projects throughout the preconstruction and construction phases from tender into contract. Setting up, developing, monitoring and maintaining project programmes of work in Asta. The role will require a close working relationship with operational staff, attending meetings and visiting sites to record live progress.

Experience Required
A construction degree or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in producing project programmes – phasing, sequencing, programming, scheduling, report writing skills
Ability to use planning software such as Asta, P6 or MS Project.
A good understanding of key works packages
