Construction Project Manager required to run large healthcare scheme.
Nationally operating, award winning and rapidly expanding contractor which has a proven track record for delivering building projects valued between £5m and £20m in the healthcare and leisure sectors.
Project Manager required to run either a leisure centre with swimming pool scheme or a healthcare development. The company preference is to employ staff from the North East who are prepared to travel throughout the country to sites in various locations, with accommodation and other expenses are taken care of by the organisation. This is a staff position, not a freelance role.
Project Management experience of cellular projects such as care homes, student accommodation, hotels or health and leisure schemes is sought after by the employer. Qualifications should include CSCS and First Aid as a minimum. Applicants should be proactive, able to prioritise and organise, with good communication skills.
