Project Manager

A nice opportunity for a Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join a small, well run team in this regional building contractor.

The Company
A building contractor undertaking a range of refurbishment and building projects across the North East to a solid, repeat client base, and now enjoying broader opportunities and growth on account of reputation.

The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role has responsibility for the day to day delivery of (initially) a £2-3m scheme; a mix of external enabling works and foundations, and extensive refurbishment with further new build elements, and thereafter further projects of similar scope and value.

Experience Required
Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Site Managers/Project Managers demonstrating involvement with experience of both internal refurbishments and external works is required.

Remuneration
£55,000 to £58,000 per annum.
