Project Manager – £10m Leisure Scheme – Large Main Contractor

Project Manager is required to lead the development of a £10m sports centre, fully responsible for programme delivery and operational management of the Site Manager and subcontractors. The role is project based and reports to a Contracts Manager.
The Project Manager should have prior experience of leading main contractor commercial or leisure developments valued up to £10m. A professional, knowledgeable and collaborative management style is required to fit with the culture and working ethos of this business.
