Project Manager

Our client, a large main contractor, are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a high value, viable scheme in Newcastle.

One of the largest UK's construction and development contractors working with a range of public and private sector clients on commercial, mixed use, education, student accommodation. 

The Role

Experience
The suitable applicant for this position will be an experienced Project Manager or with relevant experience and competence to manage sizeable packages or projects worth up to £150m. Alongside you will be a confident communicator able to develop positive relationships with the site team, PQS, and supply chain.

Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience plus additional benefits such as car allowance.
