Business Growth Opportunity – Contract Management
Family owned civil engineering company offering the opportunity to become part of the management team, facilitating growth of the business, initially with a specific client based within the North East of England.
This is a lead position to manage MEICA within a specific client contract, responsible for supporting the preconstruction process, reviewing tenders from mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure for fullness of responses before appointment, and overseeing delivery of project work. This contract accounts for around a quarter of the company's turnover and provides an opportunity for the incumbent to take this forward and achieve further growth and leadership within this sector.
This is a Project/Contract Management role which requires a good understanding of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical elements within a process environment and experience within design and build of new systems.
Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience.
