Sales Negotiator required to work for a local estate agents with focus on residential sales and rental as well as the new homes market. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, there is flexibility over working days and weekend work.
To attend to agency general needs including regular site Team Meetings.
Handle internet property enquiries with priority in a productive and prompt manner to maximise the enquiry with all services the company offer.
To assist diarise and attend on-site viewings with appropriate company marketing material.
Appropriate Offer Procedures, Collation of Client Information along with preparation to meet industry rules.
To ensure clients are advised of viewings, buyer interest, and given regular feedback but especially following activity on their properties that may secure sales.
To review related-market appraisals for both sales and rent with the residential supporting teams.
Maintain the property portals the company supports to ensure brochures are accurate and at the correct status.
Responsibility for handling all aspects of the land and new homes process, including a team approach in assisting where necessary with cover at various sites and offices as required across the region.
Driven and motivated, able to work in a target orientated environment
Previous sales experience
Good IT, communication and organisational skills
£20,000 – £25,000 basic per annum dependent upon experience
Package also includes commission and mileage for site visits
