Quantity Surveyor – Full project responsibility

Role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to manage projects from producing a Bill of Quantities to closing the Final Accounts. Contracts are bespoke and the challenge in this role is being able to handle multiple tasks at once with various challenges.

This position comes with the flexibility to work from a mix of home, office and site, reporting to a Managing QS. Opportunity for further development and broader responsibilities exist within the structure of this organisation.

Experience Required
The successful applicant will have some experience within a Quantity Surveying role, ideally from within a subcontractor environment, keen to take responsibility for projects from beginning to end and capable of multi-tasking.
