Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Attractive opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor with knowledge and experience of reinforced concrete structures.

Company
Specialists in reinforced concrete works, design and construction of substructures and superstructures for building and civils projects – highways, EFW, heavy civils and high rise concrete frames, earth retaining walls etc.

The Role
An experienced Quantity Surveyor looking after own projects up to c£20 million. Activities include procurement of subcontractors, assessing their work, payments and final accounts, submitting interim applications for payment, and monthly CVR reports.

Experience Required
Able to demonstrate knowledge of reinforced concrete works

Remuneration
A competitive salary plus car allowance, annual bonus, 25 days + bank holidays
