Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to internal promotion, our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering and construction company in Leeds.

The Role
Co-ordination of several schemes at once usually up to £1 million in value, water/wastewater and similar, involving a variety of civils elements such as roads, earthworks, stabilisation work, drainage, water treatment, concrete structures, tanks etc.
Sub-contractor management from cradle to grave
Management through NEC4/NEC3 contracts
Monthly reporting

Experience Required
5+ year's experience in a similar role, from a civils or M & E background
Water experience is ideal however candidates from a PQS background who have dealt with contractors, or from similar framework arrangements also of interest
Experience of NEC 4 or NEC3 contracts
Strong IT skills particularly MS Excel, there will be internal systems for costing and reporting to pick up

Remuneration
Salary flexible depending on experience, generous company car allowance, excellent pension.
