Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a national civil engineering contractor.

Company
National main contractor providing specialist refurbishment, strengthening, repairs, maintenance works on steel or concrete structures – bridges, highways, marine structures, car parks, and rail structures. Specialists services include works on bridge bearings, expansion joints, waterproofing, coatings and cathodic protection. 

The Role
Working in a hybrid fashion, the role will see you splitting your time between home, 1-2 days in the office and site visits. Staying overnight once a month is to be expected as projects are national. Projects range in value, usually in the region of £100k to £1.5 million, however there is the opportunity to work on higher value projects from £2-9 million. Experience Required
A suitable construction qualification such as HNC, HND or degree, or equivalent

Remuneration
Competitive salary, option for company car or car allowance, other benefits include pension and private healthcare.
