Residential Valuer and Branch Manager

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager and Valuer to join a highly successful and award winning regional estate agent.

Job
The post holder will oversee the branch and another staff member as well as conducting residential valuations. Applicants will have previous experience conducting property valuations whilst providing outstanding customer care and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the property market and local area. The post holder will provide customers with accurate valuations and negotiate offers.

Remuneration
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum + bonus and car allowance
