Sales Administrator required for a new build housing developer. This is a temporary position Mon-Fri 9am-5pm anticipated to be initially 1 month in term with the potential of leading to a permanent role.
The post holder will:
Provide support to the sales team including assisting with the progression of home sales through to legal completion including liaison with solicitors and collating relevant documentation
Provide administrative support including producing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets; managing diaries and organising meetings
Manage and maintain systems and records in relation to reservations, exchanges, legal completions and bespoke options.
Manage documentation and distribute between relevant departments
Experience of working within a busy and fast-paced administration role
Knowledge of the home sales process is desirable
£11.44 per hour (PAYE)
